This practice area, structured within Archer & Associados, covers all types of legal advice on employment matters, provided to companies and workers alike. Our legal services include: individual employment contracts, including those for foreign workers and senior executives, as well as special forms of work such as remote work or temporary work; and collective bargaining and negotiation.


We support client companies in human resources matters, covering remuneration schemes, social security, and personal data protection, with particular attention to the legal management of corporate dynamics in cases of restructuring, mergers, transfers of business, assignment of contractual position, outsourcing and subcontracting, international transfer of workers, insolvency proceedings, and other similar matters.
